DROP SHIPPING ALIEXPRESS – HOW TO DEAL WITH TRACKING NUMBERS
This is the question I get the most often : How do you deal with tracking numbers in Aliexpress? In this blog post (and video), I’m going to explain step-by-step how I deal with them and how you can make sure you don’t have to worry about them ever again.

If you are already doing drop shipping aliexpress you know it : Most customers e-mail you get are about tracking numbers, and customers asking where their item is.
I’m going to show you how to automate all of this. I use two apps to do this.
The first one is Shopified App. This app allows me to fulfill an order in less than 10 seconds. I used to do this manually, entering the name of the customer, their address, etc in aliexpress….Then I tried Oberlo, but I had a lot of technical problems and I needed for more than one store, then I discovered Shopified app and I’m glad I did. This app makes it super easy for you to import a product to your store, it takes literally 30 seconds and the product is on your store. It is also super easy to fulfill orders with it. You can also have multiple stores.
The second one is Aftership. This app is synced with your Shopify store so each time you fulfill an order, Aftership will automatically get the tracking number of the order from Aliexpress and you will know exactly where the product is, etc.
As you can see on the picture above, you see the tracking number, the number of days since the customer placed their order, if it is in transit, delivered etc.
But the cool thing with this app is you can send notification to the customer. The supplier on Aliexpress received the order and then sent the package? You can make it that the client will get a notification by e-mail or by SMS ( on their phone). The package is now in transit? Great, you can make it that the customer will receive a notification telling them their package is now in transit! You can even customize the message the customer will receive, with your branding, your logo etc.
With this app, you NO LONGER have to worry about customers e-mailing you asking : where is my order? What is my tracking number? They will AUTOMATICALLY receive an e-mail explaining to them exactly what is going on with their order!
